Back to School List – Estate Planning Firm

August 2, 2018Elder Law, Estate Planning, Family-Owned Businesses and Farms, Financial Planning, LGBTQ Planning, Medicaid Planning, Probate, Retirement Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration & Probate, Uncategorized

There are several types of lists you think of when going back to school: supply list, apparel list, must have list, and the list goes on.  As you are planning and getting those kiddos back into school, there are several things you should be thinking about too…FINDING THE RIGHT ESTATE PLANNING FIRM.  I know, it typically does not rank at the top of the list, but why not let it be at the top of the list this year.  You have procrastinated long enough.

When you search for the Right Estate Planning Firm, I know you will find our firm to be a good fit.  We have experience with Families who have young children and families who have college aged young adults just to name a few.  We want to make sure that your plan is right for you and your family.  Our attorney Christina Cochran has years of experience in finding out what matters the most to you and then creating your customized Estate Plan.  If you already have an Estate Plan, when was the last time you had it reviewed?  Don’t let it get too dusty.  Talk to Christina to find out if your Estate Plan is still the best fit for your circumstances or if it is outdated.

If you are sending your young adult off to college, remember they will need to have some Estate Planning documents too: Advanced Health Care Directives which includes the Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney and a Durable Power of Attorney.  Call to set an appointment to discuss your needs with Christina.

I have been a client of Cochran Gersh Law Offices since 2005. I can’t say enough good things about them. Absolutely first rate! Thanks to the team, my estate and trusts are set up and my family won’t have to deal with an unorganized mess when I am gone.
