Elder law and estate planning addresses some of the most uniquely personal and critically important issues we face today as a society.
How do we care for those we hold most dearly at the end of life?
My clients trust me with the details of their family relationships, their sensitive financial information, and their future goals and aspirations. I am honored by the trust they place in me and am fully committed to serving their legal needs. I tackle my client’s legal issues with a passion for efficiency, results and creativity.
I have been with Cochrangersh Law Offices since 2013 and prior to joining Cochrangersh Law Offices, I served as In-House Counsel to National Independent Trust Company, a federally registered trust bank chartered under the US Office of the Comptroller of Currency. I completed my Juris Doctorate (University of Louisville) in 1999.
My approach to Elder Law and Estate Planning is also informed by my personal experience caring for aging family members. I know from personal experience the difficult decisions and trying circumstances my client’s face. I am constantly building a network of referral sources to help my client’s manage the personal and financial challenges that arise when addressing long term care and estate planning decisions.
I am a proud member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, KBA Elder Law Section, and KBA Trust and Probate Section. My two children and I share our home with one rambunctious Boxer and two slightly disgruntled cats. I love participating and supporting my children’s schools. I am a member of St. Edward Catholic Church, the Jeffersontown Chamber, and Contemplative Outreach of Kentucky.
